Forward Looking Sonar is a brand new implementation that displays a 3 dimensional visual representation of the underwater view ahead of the seabed and potential fouls. Real time sonar imaging shows, with unpresidented realism,  what is actually ahead of the boat, not just a rendered 3D chart.

To ensure complete forward coverage no matter what the hull form, we have implemented twin retractable transducers. With a view of 60 degree horizontaly and over 90 degrees  verticaly,  along with a forward range up to 200 metres and on-screen updates every 2 to 3 seconds (varies upon range setting) . Available as a black box with outputs that  support a full colour picture on a wide range of compatible displays. The 3D FLS technical specifications are as follows:
